The Department of English at Eliezer Joldan Memorial College share the same inception date 1994 as the college. We offer communication in English course, General English course as well as English literature and skill courses to the students at the UG level. The Department of English provide students language and literary proficiency. The Department also organizes literary activities all-round the year and here in EJM College we also have a literary Club. The importance of English as a global link language is paramount. So exposure to the above English courses plays an important role in developing student’s language skills. The career prospect in English is also vast.
